We will be using Arduino software for programming the “Learn To Code Kits”. So you have to first install the free Arduino IDE (Integrated Development Environment) on computer (PC or Mac). The open-source Arduino Software (IDE) makes it easy to write code and upload it to the micro controller board. You will also need add appropriate micro controller software package to your Arduino IDE based on the Kit that you’re using.
Arduino IDE Installation Instructions:
First download the appropriate Arduino package for your computer from Arduino.cc website: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software
Install or Unzip the Arduino application.
Run the Arduino application.
